Carpotesta Pellícere

Carpotesta Pellícere is an immobile plant cell eater. It's basically a simple amoeba, with a trick up it's protosleeves. To lure it's prey, it emits small pieces of protein into the primordial soup. When a cell starts to absorb the protein, the Pellícere send out a pseudopod and catches the prey. It's a risky strategy, because if no prey show up fast, the protein will float to far away, and the Pellícere will have to produce a new one.
